"Matt, posting here to say that I copy+pasted the FAQ into General and the Introductions forums (because those will probably be the two busiest now) and until we get a "Global sticky" or "announcement" feature, this will hopefully decrease all the questions about "How do I do"

"Let me provide a more detailed explanation of exactly what I want.
1. New patch notes come out
2. One champion has been changed pretty significantly.
3. We hold a poll (say, in General) where we ask people, "Do you think this champion has been changed significantly enough to merit a guide "

"Summoner: The problem with a change log is that not many authors have the initiative to keep such a thing up. I do on my Amumu guide, but on my others, I don't. I think Jhoi's suggestion could be useful for guides - just minimally."
