standard blue start tiger jungle is 3:40
however phoenix can go straight to double golems after red meaning more time on red buff
while tiger goes from wraiths straight to red, wasting time"

Chapter doubling
On certain builds, every chapter is repeating itself. Xaioli's Twitch guide, for example. Any idea why this happens?
