Posted a Comment: Jun 15th, 2011 "Q is a pretty big part of the problem, though. The current FotM build is Hextech Revolver and IBoL, meaning that your Q is on around a 2 second cooldown. You're IMPOSSIBLE to kill in lane unless they come gank you with a billion stuns."
