"Core for singed is Catalyst and Rylai's.
Always rush Catalyst, complete a Rod of Ages if your team is doing well or a Banshee's Veil if you need more defense. Banshee's and Rylai's become core late game. Force of Nature is extremely powerful on him, and so is Randuin's Omen/Frozen Heart."

As for age, tell them that HotshotGG, the current best player, is 20 years old and plays LoL for several hours a day. Chauster's apparently 22."

Early Game Priority
When you recall for the first time, what do you prioritize in your buy? Do you rush that first core item or do you go components and boots? How early do you finish level 2 boots?

"It would only be useful when you don't have your ultimate to chase and then you still have your Blood Scent and red buff, as well as Ghost if you bring that. Like Searz said, always rush Razors and then boots."
