"Elementz has two tier lists. One for solo queue, one for premades. You can find it easily on Google.
There is no "official" Riot tier list though."

"The search function is number one on the admins' priority list. We just established private messaging a few site patches ago so rest assured that they're working on the search function when they're not working out server issues, etc.
But until then, there's no search function yet."

"If you're great at landing grabs, he's extremely good. Lots of disabling and the ability to basically lock a ranged carry as well as silence mages. Tanky DPS Blitz is very underrated and very strong - but you HAVE to be good at that grab."
