"Corki is very difficult to counter, but I would say counter him as you would any other ranged carry - jump on them in the middle of a fight and hit them for as much CC as possible. If he Valks out, he's not doing any DPS. If he comes back in, he gets chain stunned again. I'd say that if you want to "
