"I didn't like the Rumble pick either. Rumble was definitely effective that game in the turtle against WE, especially with all of CaoMei's split pushing, but Irelia may have changed early game enough so that CLG.eu could have potentially taken a lead."

Mechanical Changes
Champion base movement speed increased by 25, base additional movement speed of all Boots decreased by 25.
Flat penetration now applies after percent penetration, but penetration numbers have been reduced across the board to compensate.
