It gives you AD and AP. That's great. It just doesn't give you particularly much. As you get charged, you gain more AP and some attack speed, which is FINE, but you don't need to "rev up". You're not exactly Jax. Yo"

"We should NOT have to force users to do anything in order to comment or give their opinion on a guide. We cannot censor opinions and this system would just drive away many users who just want to say "nice job" on a guide. In addition, it would ENCOURAGE forum spam and thread spamming.
