"You max Q first because of it's strong wave clear since he gets shoved under tower easily if you don't. However, maxing W first is also good because it increases the root duration, but I would only do that if your jungler is ganking for you a lot."

"Good luck! Probably max Q first, rush sunfire or abyssal mask depending on matchup, and then either Grasp of the Undying or Aftershock since those are both good on him and give him more damage and tank stats!"

"He's not really that good, but he is better than he has been in the past :) If you are really looking to play good top laners I suggest sitting down and learning how to play Nasus or Illaoi for good carry picks or learning Sion, Maokai, and Malphite for good tank picks!"
