"Vayne needs a more aggressive support IMO. Not saying Janna+Vayne can't work. But Leona/Alistar/Blitzcrank have all the aggression needed so Vayne can secure free damage through combos or just plain AAs.
I'm sure Alistar was banned out though, seeing as he's kinda just...Well "flavor" "

"Brand might get picked more often. The thing that made his ult so hit or miss...well was the fact that it was so "hit or miss". As well the speed increase will make it harder for enemies to spread out to avoid the damage."
