"His ability scaling makes AD less useful. He has no useful poke as AD, no useful escape (even his ultimate, the cast time is too long). His early game base ad is...probably the lowest in the game. All in all you can go bot with him, but youll be outpicked by corki, graves, kog etc."

Vayne is especially vulnerable to free harass. "Tumble" is a mediocre skill in avoiding problems, unlike Quickdraw or Arcane Shift and other similar skills.
