New tag, still have some work to do on it. Text sucks, but I like my attempt, nothing too difficult.
@Syther, overly dark, no blending, very blurry, weather that's the render or a filter/blur tool it looks meh.
BG looks interesting, I like the overall concept.

Firstly: whether*, weather is what happens outside.
On topic: I really like how the sig looks, like you said the text isn't too good, but the rest of it looks pretty good to me. Although in the background I can see some unblurred parts of... I'm not sure what. It looks like it might be copies of parts of the render, but I'm not certain.

The "theme" is junk, or found. Most things were given to me to take a part.
