Posted a Comment: "I wouldnt consider leblanc or kassadin to be counters to vlad....i build 9/21/0 and rush mercs. Neither leblanc or kass can really burst vlad down early simply because he has a bit more health. Additionally he has troll pool which can shut down any attempt to finish him off. Ryze doesnt really count"

Posted a Comment: "You cant really compare stacking items to "non stacking" items...simply because the level of risk varies from game to game....additionially the level of risk varies from champ to champ. I think it is safe to say an ap caster is most likely to lose thier stacks due to their squishy nature. "
