"Why go Talon mid when you can go Pantheon? At least he can influence other lanes, has a nice stun to set up ganks and can build durability without losing viability.

"Ziggs probably has one of the BEST lane phase potentials in game (IMO). His issue lies in his ultimate and the uselessness of his C4 pack aside from the mobility it deals no damage for such a long CD. A CD that isn't compensated.....

"It's not a stun, it's a snare. It hits and snares 2 targets not 3.
Stuns "incapacitate" players preventing them from taking ANY action unless they cleanse it or sit through the duration.
A SNARE however, prevents movement of a target for a duration it does not hinder skill usage UNLE"
