"Or it could make no difference at all. As is the "risk" with crit. BUT crit is also more plentiful than dodge was (especially after the dodge removal on PD T_T) which makes it a worthwhile investment.

"Zell....All champions have ability scaling. What Necro is getting at are champs who convert HP/Mana/Armor/MR/AS etc into other stats. Vlad is AP to HP and HP to AP Ryze is Mana to damage etc. "
