"Because its late game implications are worse for a tank. It's like an expensive AP version of wriggles in a way...I can see Duff's point, but I've yet to completely fail with Cho by rushing RoA on him. Doesn't mean I've always won, but RoA helps me snowball...OR it feels that way XD. "
