"Rainman already "invented" FM Teemo. Similar to Wmogs just gives a slow and some damage. Still Warmogs isn't a bad option...I mean having 100 damage but 3k HP at level 13-15? Yeah you're gonna have time to DPS. Factor in life steal/spellvamp etc. It's not a bad idea, even on an AP champ. "

"Regi did Warmogs on Cass in Kiev+WoTA. It looks like the Sustained DPS champs don't need as much AP because they can deal damage per second so to exploit that you give them abnormally large HP pools...Or I could be way off? "
