"Life steal is based off the damage you deal, if you deal no damage the returns on your life steal is nonexistent. You're better off investing in AD/ArP (at least that is how I feel currently).

"Nerfing the CD wouldn't do anything to AP Ez aside from make him choose his "engages" wisely....I mean you harass with his W/Q....Use E to gap close and deal some additional damage. Nerfing the CD in the early ranks wouldn't "ruin" anything for AP Ez..."

"Luther i think shuru was factoring in the mystic shot cd in tandem with the arcane shift cd. Meaning you use shift, 18 seconds, use mystic shot coupled with medium to long travel time and now shift is at 16 wait for mystic shot cd etc....or something."
