"It's a high value stat on like every champ. One reason that basic boots+HP pots are a solid opener for laning. You can avoid ganks, skill shots, AoE, close the distance on an enemy, overall get better positioning faster than your enemy. MS Quints+MS mastery are a strong option. "

"Doubt they'll nerf Lee Sin again anytime soon. He's just one of those "good skill is rewarded" type champs. So it makes sense that his kit is rather strong, you actually need to be good with him. He's not like Master Yi "right click to win"."

"Move speed is an underutilzed stat. People don't understand the power it holds. But I'd keep saving unless you've got some generic AP/AD/Tank runes already...."

"Gragas is underplayed....He's seen in Tournaments but even then people never wanna pick him up. He's quite good, and his passive is great. "
