"tf can still see the enemy, so he can still ping where they are etc.
his ultimate only really changes situations where teams are spread out or they have someone no where near the rest of their team, making it a lot easier to gank and pick off those people."

"Powerball slow lasts the same time (and is a stronger slow) at level 1 than Nunu's ice blast at level 3 - 4.
I wouldn't say it's that bad early on (it's a low percentage), the problem really stems from him getting lizard and using it with his ice ball."
