Posted a Comment: Jun 5th, 2011 "thats because summoner spells should help your champions weak points heal / clarity / fortify mainly exist as newbie summoners, because lack of runes and game understanding makes it difficult for them to sustain in lane / defend their towers well once you have that knowledge / semi decent rune"
