TBC is only better if they have 5 people with no armor, but even then, LW would be better because you can do so much more damage just using your skills without even needing to hit them once"

it applies to damage skills instantly
deal more damage to everyone you hit with your damage skills before you even auto attack (like you should be doing with caitlyn, ashe, mf, etc)
not to mention it's cheaper"
