"AP Top lane Nunu is a stupidly hard counter to champions with no/little poke because you just E them to death due to his passive and build AP and then CDR/Health with frozen heart/spirit visage. It's pretty much jungle Nunu without SoTAG.
Fighter would be funny with his W and BotRK."
