Posted a Comment: "Even without the old ult he had good poke and a stun thats pretty easy to pull off if you can predict the enemies movement. And old Xerath's ult cooldown was ridiculously short (something like 30-40 secs with blue buff/Athenes). @Vapora: I'm pretty sure the new ult is like entirely a sniping too"
