"40% off her Q is a lot though, Thats like from 50 damage with a Dorans to 30. That and Kayle is a burst champion, so you go Q, proc Lichbane, E and delete people. If your Q stops doing 500 damage off 500 AP and goes to 300 damage with 500 AP instead you're kind of screwed.
