Laned against Veigar for about 18 minutes non stop, until eventually i died with 20+ cs more than anyone else and he had about +15 cs on top of that.
He then recalled and bought AN ENTIRE FROZEN HEART AS A FIRST ITEM.

"The 8% damage reduction is pretty stupid, and may or may not make up for the AD item buffs considering.
Jungle changes for tanks are pretty iffy to say the least though i mean 10% lifesteal for every jungle item? Do they not recognize potential alternatives...for like Nautilus jungle? Maybe?
