I find most players don't even bother to build armor anymore unless building tanky champs or are just really getting slammed, which is why I put Last Whisper and Black Cleaver in the situati"

On Summoner's Rift, there are no items that fit Jinx's kit that add any significant boost to Att Damage, other than the ones I have listed under situation"
