"He does well early, the main issue with Viego is the fact that he scales really well with items at the later stages into the game. I highly suggest building a executioner's or bramble early because most viegos are rushing Bork atm."

"Examples are exactly what they are, examples. Just because an item isn't in a example build, doesn't mean it's bad. I like building stormrazor against champions I can one shot, but do not have a lot of healing such as Kennen and Jayce. "
