"Rylai's Crystal Scepter is still really good, but I'd say that Deathfire Grasp is practically core. The scepter just seemed the optimal thing to replace it with, but you can honestly mess around with it and try different combinations.

"If you need something with CDR, AS, and extra lifesteal, let me point to Zeke's Herald. It actually benefits your teammates, scales with AD (the lifesteal), doesn't require you to attack 3 times, and probably would heal you more than the extra AP towards Battle Cry.
