"Assasin: Assasins come in all different flavors, so there are plenty of different runes. I'll try to make a complete list, but honestly, the guides for each of these champs have the better knowledge and likely better setups. Quite a few of these come down to opinion.

"I don't know, I wanted it to be on par or close to infinity Edge, so it would be pretty expensive. Consider the fact that it's one of only 2 other items that have AD and AS (Trinity Force and The Black Cleaver).
I'm considering removing the passive and just plain out buffing the stats"

Back on topic, both of them look the exact same to me. The only difference is, he cheat sheet in the one without the "?revision" has a different Ashe skin. That's literally the only difference I saw. All the new sections look pretty cool :3"
