"I generally start Boots + 3 pots (4 if I can get it) go into double or triple Doran's, get a Hexdrinker or Chain Vest depending on my opponents damage then go for a The Bloodthirster. Build situationally from here, but usually it goes: Upgrade to Maw of Malmortius, Guardian Angel"
