"Er, I'm pretty confused about your question. If you are asking why does magic pen do more damage if it puts enemies MR below 0, it doesn't. Only MR reduction does, such as Abyssal Scepter, Dread, and Malady."

"It's weird though. If you just write Greater Mark of Warding, Greater Glyph of Warding, and Greater Quintessence of Warding, you get Greater Mark of Warding, Greater Glyph of Warding, and Greater Quintessence of Warding. They just don't appear in the build editor."

When I use the "numbered list" code. "" actually pushes the number outside of the part where line dividers actually cover, which makes it look really strange."

Yeah, I gave sample wording. You vets/editors can reword it however you want.
Red and Blue have more official names, I know that. I have no problem with them at all, but most people don't even pay attention to them. Nearly everyone I know refers to it as "Blue buff" and "Re"
