4 per cycle (2 melee, 2 caster), 1 seige minion on the 3rd and 5th cycle, 1 cycle per 3 seconds.
That would really define it as "Rally"
Make the pushing meta stronger, defined minion aggro and creep control, and really hurt tanky dps."
