And if you want more HP, you could always buy more functional items.
Frozen Mallet could be amazing on Shen.
Shen has a high base Attack Speed, and FM already offers 700 HP. Constant slow on your Targets for massive effects.

I've played with a really high ELO Olaf once.
He got a Warmog's and totally trolled the jungler/solo-lane he was in whenever he played. It was funny stuff."

Don't get Warmog's on Shen...
Saw people suggest Warmog's on Shen in the Mundo thread...
Shen's is NOT worth getting Warmog's.
Try looking at the math. 3.5% of his HP. If you good tanky stack HP...
