Posted a Comment: Oct 5th, 2011 "I run 9/0/21 on Summoner's Rift. I run 9/9/12 when it's Dominion. Why? Melee champions. Fighter champions are obscenely popular on dominion. So much so that most ranged carries are obsolete because of all the ad fighters taking care of the physical damage output. And my build has more then 2"

If you can actually pull it off, it'd still be more powerful then Annie or Morgana nukes. It's only the difficulty that's gone up. "
