No ulti at lvl 16. 1) Marks wrong and seals, manaregen per lvl for seals and MP ratio for marks. 2) Replace teleport with ignite. 3) Those items, instat -1. And if you can remember, hextech has the awesome passive you can use 1 per minute i think, so building that before rylai is more effective because you have the slow anyway. And rabandon's isn't that effective. Akali"
