"I don't necessarily agree with your opinion that AP Yi is garbage. I have yet to lose a mid lane fight as AP Yi, and if you build him semi-hybrid he can carry almost as well and completely shut down their AP mid.
That being said, your guide is spot on for AD Yi. I even build him very similar, alt"

Her W was better before, simple because you could keep it on in team fights. It actually made her viable in team fights.
Her Q being physical is cool, though."
