"In my opinion, teemo either needs a Rylai's Crystal Scepter to stay alive or a Frozen Mallet. Ionic spark is nice, as well as malady, but without any HP its sort of pointless unless the enemy team doesn't focus you on purpose or something. I'm not saying +500 or +700 HP suddenly makes him oh"
