"Good Build and explanations, I would never be un-lazy (is that a word?) enough to write that much. But, one thing about your burst combo. Wouldn't using Cutthroat, ult, rake, THEN noxian diplomacy do more? Cutthrout has a damage % increase, and I found out this way it does way more damage."
