In ELO hell anyway. I am trying ot wrap my head around it but i still can't make out why it is doing so good. Or at least why it is destroying me. The thing I am seeing is a 30-0-0 mastery...

I've been thinking about Marks and I was wondering why people would split their marks when setting runes, and sometimes the other runes, into a 6-3 split as opposed to going to a full 9 set.
