"I'm looking at this new galio guide, and it says in the tooltips on the skill sequence that resolute smite has 70% AP ratios, righteous gust has 50% ap ratios, and his ult has 60...
Wait. Were his tootlips in game just out of date or something? I remember him having 80 on his q and e and 85"

Galio's tootlips are wrong
His tooltips on his abilities(in guides, at least) show AP ratios far, far too low. He wasn't nerfed again, so I'm damn sure this is wrong. If not.... well then I guess that if you look up...
