This CAN'T be right on Nasus.
Nasus' wither adds up to a 110% slow after 5 seconds at level 5!! WTF!
Does that mean they move backwards?? Is it a stun?
Let me spell it out.
35% base slow
15% per second
15 x 5 = 75...

Voting on C2V is fucked up for me.
I can't vote on any builds with C2V on. Is anyone else having this problem?
