"I will explain it in my guide. I like to max it out because even though Twin Fang is more powerful, Noxious Blast is more spammable... excluding the refresh on poison which will lead to more harass.

"Cassiopeia has one of the games best burst damage. Of course Brand has a high amount of burst damage, like LeBlanc, but they can't really do anything against a well-played Cassiopeia."
