"will of the ancients is still a core item on Rumble in my opinion. The item alone is one of the main reasons you'd put an AP carry top lane to synergize with your bottom lane. While it did get nerfed, it's still a very good item and great for the sustain alone.

"I don't really think Gangplank benefits much from frozen mallet, having his passive and all. I like the sheen for two reasons: Gangplank has a low cooldown spammable ability that procs it and with the recent mana cost increase on parrrley the extra mana is actually very useful."
