"Good guide overall, a few things.
- You should really consider greater seal of resilience for better trades/safer laning and MR glyphs (flat for laning against the likes of Sona or Tristana, scaling otherwise) for better survivability overall.
- I personally think 21/9/0 is better than 21/0/"

"Janna - Every team fight I'll just panic and randomly throw out shields cos I can't tell who's taking the most damage. I also don't think I've ever properly used that ultimate.
