"i dont see why you'd get cdr boots of runes. 4 (masteries) + 6 (masteries) + 10 (Overload) + 20 (frozen Heart) = 40%, the cap is reached. Fix that

"it's shit boring to read, but it all kinda makes sense. most damage output = winning. I'm not a fan of maxing bladesurge first though, but that's purely personal (mana vs creep score... bad) overall +1"
