Hello,
I would like to ask on how to play Leblanc effectively.
like how to burst someone at level 6 to 11. And outplaying your lane using leblanc.

"Braum's E is too much op. It think it also shields turret attacks?
All in all, Braum is good in initiating and support allies as well.
Bad thing is Braum's mana pool is totally low and his cooldowns are really high.
