"Like everyone is saying, don't publish an unfinished guide. It only encourages downvoters. Best thing to do is archive, and complete, and then re-publish it. And please, do NOT re-publish it to get it at the top of the guides list without first completing it. "

Your math is incorrect on your "only initiator" build, it is more expensive then the standard build.
You don't discuss runes or masteries at all in this build. You should definitely add these chapters.
