Have a question regarding build 1 Top. Why go for Hextech early?
I feel you would get much better sustain getting fiendish codex and health pots. Especially if your loosing the lane.
My thought is that rather than spend 1200 on Hextech revolver, get giant's belt instead.

"This is a very good guide.
The only difference I make is the skill order.
You don't want to focus Righteous fury or Reckoning to max first. This provides poor utility and survivability early game. You want to put a decent amount of points into Righteous Fury, but also some into utility.

You just have to be careful early game. And last hit minions only with Q.
Your AP and mana regen runes offset not buying Doran's ring.
My preferred start is Doran's ring though, followed by boots and Catalyst.
