It's a really good build.
You just have to be careful early game. And last hit minions only with Q.
Your AP and mana regen runes offset not buying Doran's ring.
My preferred start is Doran's ring though, followed by boots and Catalyst.
I think the people downvoting don't know how to play Annie well.
I was wondering when you would update this. Question why don't you use deathfire grasp? it gives you pleanty of ability power and cooldown, also does damage based on your health. Which by your build looks like it would do a good amount of damage.
yeah sorry haven't been on in a while. If you want you can replace mejai's with deathfire, but i personally prefer the other weapons that i have. However deathfire can fit in the build if you like it too. The build doesnt have to be exactly the same its just a general sense of what to do. Play around with it and im sure you will figure out your own perfect build.

Because your build has too much life! ... yea u wasted your time with boosting up your life..
u expect everyone to die less with this build... but whats goin on if you already know how to survive??? my point is ... I expect from annie to pwn squishies in 1 sec... thats what your build obviously cant o.,o.. too much hp too much mp... the only two summoner spells you need are Clairvoyance and Clarity... u wont have to go back cause u have clair and if u lasthit minions ull have nice stun.. clairvoyance is the number 1 skill in LoL..... i use it for everything ... Yes even for escaping o,.o U ask how?? just place one in a neargrass run in use shield and Q and run out then W ... now u sould have stunned him.. if not run use 2 then 1 and KILL....
My point is : Why does a fed Annie pwn? yes because her items are better this way... but why exactly?= Its because ppl boost the hp at the beginning and Ap as last... and with bein fed they reach the Ap part faster... but what if u turn it? ull be fed in the beginning cauzse squishies will feed just because they are in your reach, and you will... u wont need to go on hp cause nobody can pwn u AND with clair u cant be ganked so noone dies!!!

i personally wouldn't waste my time with those two spells. Maybe thats just me but i always like to have an escape plan in case i get ganked and can't run to my tower. clairvoyance can be good but it only last for a short time and isn't worth me keeping i'd rather get a ward and use that. As for the mana spell, if i go back everytime i am low on mana then its just a waste of time running all the way back. Starting off with more health is smart because even if you get attacked by groups you won't get one shotted. Yeah AP early on can be good, but not if you cant survive long enough to get a spell off. If your way works then good for you, but unless you have actually used my build and played bad please don't diss it.
